For his 8th movie Party featuring a huge star cast, Venkat Prabhu opted to go with his brother Premgi Amaren as the music director and he had given a good album as well, and now with the director getting ready to start his 9th movie Maanaadu, there were huge expectations on who would score music for this biggie.

Venkat Prabhu finally broke the news announcing on Twitter that it will be none other than Yuvan Shankar Raja who will score music for Maanaadu starring Simbu and Kalyani Priyadarshan, and this movie is produced by Suresh Kamatchi. Yuvan has also given superhit albums for Simbu in the past like Manmadhan, Vallavan etc.
