The Jubilee Hills police arrested YouTuber Prasad Behera following a complaint from a web series actress alleging sexual harassment. According to reports, the harassment occurred during the filming of two web series, Pellivaramandi, and Mechanic, in which both Behera and the victim were involved.

The actress claimed that Behera had been harassing her persistently, prompting her to seek police intervention. Following an investigation, the police arrested Behera and sent him to remand for 14 days.

This incident highlights the recurring misconduct issue within the entertainment industry, where professional boundaries are sometimes crossed, leading to serious consequences.

Earlier, a couple of other actors, including Pushpa fame Jagadeesh Prathap Bhandari, were also arrested on the allegations of sexual harassment. The police have registered a case against Prasad Behara under sections 75(2), 79, 351(2)BNS.

Apart from the web series, Prasad has also tried working in the movies. He was last seen in the film Committee Kurrollu, where he played a crucial role.
