Sudigaadu mocks at serials, parodies ads

We went to Sudigaadu believing that it is a spoof only on popular and over-used cliches of Telugu cinema. As it turns out, however, the film took pot shots at mawkish television serials and had parodies on some brands.

Nikhil-Swathi's Swamy Ra Ra in full throttle

Starring the chirpy and sprightly Nikhil and Swathi is Swamy Ra Ra. The film is directed by Sudhir Verma. "We shot a schedule in Hyderabad from the 12th of July to the 7th of August. We began a new schedule yesterday, which will go on till September 7. From Sept 20, we will shoot in Kerala, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu," the makers said.

As promised, the audio of Rebel would be released in the first week of September, on the 5th of that month to be precise. Had it been Thaman, the expectations would have been sky-high. With Lawrence giving the music, fans are a bit cautious, we guess.
