The much-busy actor Raj Tharun is learnt to be playing a guest role in the Nani-starrer 'Majnu'. After all, it was with Virinchi Varma's first film (Uyyala Jampala) that he had debuted. Virinchi seems to have cast Raj Tharun for sentimental reasons.

'Majnu' has been seen as a new-age film. Watching Nani getting melancholic while listening to Maestro Ilaiyaraja's 'Prema ledani.. Premincha radani'' in the teaser is absolutely entertaining. Peppered with visuals of Anu Emmanuel, the teaser hints at coming with an authentic rom-com.

High on the success of KVPG and Gentleman this year, Nani is all set for this third. The movie will hit the screens in September, announced with an 'vacchetunna' by Nani himself . Riya Ludhani, a Mumbai-based model is the second female lead.

While music is by Gopi Sundar, the cinematography is by Gnanasekhar. It is produced by Anandi Arts and Keva Movies.
