Top comedian Yogi Babu, who was last seen in the Simbu starrer Vantha Rajavathaan Varuven in a hilarious role entertaining the audience, will soon be making his debut as a hero in Gurkha. This movie had begun shoot few months back, and now the latest update on this project is out.

Team Gurkha has completed shoot, and will move on to the post production phase, and will Gurkha will be hitting screens by April end. Directed by Sam Anton of Darling and Enakku Innoru Per Iruku fame, Gurkha will have Yogi Babu as a security guard of a shopping mall.

Produced by 4 Monkeys studio, Gurkha will have a dog and a foreigner in key roles, and will be revolving around how the security guard played by Yogi Babu rescues people from a situation. The movie will have music by Raj Aryan. Besides Gurkha, Yogi Babu is also playing the lead in Dharmaprabhu.
