Yogi Babu is currently the busiest leading actor in Tamil cinema. He is acting in comedy roles in films of top heroes such as Rajini and Vijay apart from acting as a hero a few projects. This year alone, the comedy hero has more than 20 films in his hands.

On the personal front Yogi Babu got married to Manju Bhargavi on 5th February 2020 in their ancestral temple. The couple have a son B.M. Veshagan born in December 2020 and a daughter was born earlier this year.

Yogi Babu hosted a party for close friends and family members on the occassion of Veshagan's second birthday and also the naming ceremony of his daughter. Among the celebrity guests was Tamil Nadu Minister Ma Subramanian.

Yogi Babu's upcoming films include Thalapathy Vijay's 'Varisu' releasing on Pongal 2023 and 'Oh My Ghost' releasing on December 30th. He is also playing important roles in Rajinikanth's 'Jailer', Sivakarthikeyan's 'Ayalaan', Prashanth's 'Andhagan' and 'Saloon' with Mirchi Shiva.
