It is raining movies for Yogi Babu and the majority of the offers coming his way is as the leading man and he has signed yet another interesting project. Veteran filmmaker V.C. Guganathan after a long time is writing the story, screenplay and dialogues for the movie titled 'Kaavi Aavi Naduvula Devi' directed by Pugazhmani.

The interesting thing about 'Kaavi Aavi Naduvula Devi' is that it is the sequel to a classic super hit comedy movie 'Kaasi Yaathirai' that was released in the year 1973. The film was written by V.C. Guganathan and directed by S.P. Muthuraman with a host of top comedians including V.K. Ramaswamy, Cho Ramaswamy, Thengai Srinivasan, M.R.R. Vasu, Suralirajan, Manorama and Srikanth.

The sequel also has current top comedians such as Robo Shankar, Mottai Rajendran, Mayilswamy, Manobala and Singamuthu among others joining Yogi Babu, Shooting starts in the second week of April when the official announcement along with the first look will be out.
