Breaking! Yogi Babu’s acclaimed film in consideration for Oscar Awards

Yogi Babu who started his career as an extra has today grown in stature as the busiest actor in Kollywood.  He is also playing the hero in a number of films and many filmmakers are waiting to sign him for new projects as well.

One of Yogi Babu’s finest performances came in the sleeper hit movie ‘Mandela’ in which he played an orphan barber who suddenly becomes relevant in his village due to his vote.  The film directed by Madonne Ashwin and produced by Y Not Studios had Sheela Rajkumar in the female lead role and was released directly on Vijay TV and Netflix on April 4th this year.
