Yogi Babu, the leading comedy actor of Tamil cinema is continuing to blaze his own trail balancing supporting roles and lead roles in over a dozen films. His most recent turn in a serious role of a doting father of a preteen girl in ‘Bommai Nayagi’ has received universal positive response.
In the meantime a new movie starring Yogi Babu has been announced with the title ‘Lucky Man’ to be directed by actor Balaji Venugopal known for his role as the bullying college senior in Thalapathy Vijay’s ‘Nanban’. It is worth mentioning that already a film with the same title directed by Prathap Pothen and starring Navarasa Nayagan Karthik was released in 1995.
The new ‘Lucky Man’ is produced by Think Studio with music composed by Sean Roldan. the film stars Yogi Babu, Hello FM Balaji, ‘Thunivu’ Veera, Abdul Lee, Raichal Rebecca and others. Filming has started and it is expected to wrap up within the next three months.
