It seems our own Superstar Rajinikanth is not going to get rid of the issues raised by financier Mukul Chand Bothra.

Last month, Bothra has filed a petition in Madras High Court in which he had alleged that producer director Kasthuri Raja who is also the relative of Rajinikanth had got a loan from him in 2012 using Rajinikant`s name. Bothra had stated that Kasthuri Raja failed to repay the loan received from him and Rajini should be directed to make Kasthuri Raja repay the money.

A couple of weeks back, Rajini in his reply to the petition had said that the petition was not maintainable and it should not be dismissed by the honourable Court.

However the unrelenting Bothra had filed another petition stating that Rajini`s reply petition has too many flaws and wrong information. The Court has again admitted this petition of Bothra and ordered Rajini to file his reply to this new petition within two weeks.
