Samuthirakani has confirmed the long-held rumour that the Tamil movie 'Vinodhaya Sitham' is going to be remade with Pawan Kalyan as the hero.

Speaking exclusively to IndiaGlitz, the 'RRR' and 'Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo' actor suggested that the remake will be a true feast for fans. "I am writing the script as Pawan Kalyan's fan. I observed his body language, his gestures, his mien inch by inch (while working with him on 'Bheemla Nayak'). I am confident that our film will turn out very well," the actor-director said.

He added that he can't talk much about the film. "It's a work in progress. Very soon, you will hear about it from official sources," Samuthirakani said. Trivikram Srinivas is rumouredly writing the script. Sai Dharam Tej has the other male lead role. This will be one of the biggest releases of 2023.

Samuthirakani has played the main antagonist in Mahesh Babu's 'Sarkaru Vaari Paata'. As Rajendranath, he has played Keerthy Suresh's arrogant and power-wielding father.
