Gautham Menon's poetic love story ‘Ye Maaya Chesave' recently completed one hundred days and is still running. Meanwhile Gautham is also ready to start the Hindi version of ‘Ye Maaya Chesave’.

One major change for the Hindi version is the songs. A R Rahman has composed two new tunes for the Hindi version. Of the two one will be a duet and the other will be a solo song for the hero.

A R Rahman had delivered the new tunes to Gautham before leaving on his Jai Ho world tour. The pilot versions of the songs were recorded at ARR studios in Chennai to enable the creative team to work on their digital story boards.

Trisha will play Jessie even in the Hindi version while Raj Babbar's son Pratiek Babbar will be Karthik.
