Nara Chandrababu Naidu has written to Narendra Modi on the alleged phone-tapping by the YSRCP government. The TDP chief has said in the letter that the phones of TDP leaders and social activities have been illegally tapped by the Jagan-led government in violation of Articles 19 and 21 (Fundamental Rigths).

"In this backdrop, we appeal to you to initiate immediate and stern action in order to check any further unlawful activities by the ruling party and private persons in AP. Therefore, it would be appropriate to order an enquiry by a competent body of the government of India in order to check the ilegal acts of phone tapping in AP," CBN added.
