'Yashoda' is an out-and-out thriller but directors Hari-Harish duo did shoot a melodramatic 'seemantham' song. Titled 'Baby Shower' across languages, it was released today.

Rendered by Sahithi Chaganti, the song has got lyrics written by Ramajogayya Sastry. Composed by Mani Sharma, it is shot in the backdrop of the surrogacy facility where most of the drama takes place.

Samantha Ruth Prabhu is seen wearing a traditional saree. Also shot on Divya Sripada, Kalpika Ganesh and others, it has got a brief appearance by Varalaxmi Sarathkumar.

Meanwhile, Sridevi Movies is happy that 'Yashoda' has grossed half a million dollars in the US. "Yannick Ben and Venkat Master compose the stunts that don't go overboard They are also believable. Mani Sharma's BGM, M Sukumar's cinematography and Marthand K Venkatesh's editing add to the thrills," our review of 'Yashoda' said.

The film hit the screens on November 11. Also starring Rao Ramesh, Sampath Raj and Murali Sharma, it was released in multiple languages.
