'KGF: Chapter 2', the sequel to the monster hit 'KGF: Chapter 1' released in 2018, is the most-anticipated Indian movie for almost three years. It was supposed to hit the screens in 2020 but was pushed several times due to the COVID pandemic.

The wait isn't gonna last long as the grandeur movie is slated to hit the screens worldwide in five languages: Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam and Hindi. on April 14, clashing with Thalapathy Vijay's 'Beast'. Now, the makers took to their social media handle to announce that the Yash starrer KGF Chapter 2's trailer will be launched on March 27 at 06.40 pm with an official poster.

It is worth mentioning that the teaser of 'KGF: Chapter 2' became the most liked movie teaser in the world although it was leaked online before the official release. While the cast of KGF 1 is retained, Sanjay Dutt, Raveena Tandon and Prakash Raj are the new additions to the ensemble cast of the second instalment.

Ravi Basrur is scoring the music for the soundtrack and the film's background. Produced by Vijay Kiragandur under the banner Hombale Films, KGF 2 is made on a massive budget of 120 crores. Owing to the mega-success of part 1, the sequel has gained a lot of inception over its release.
