The house owner in Kathariguppa Muniprasad Madur and Vanaja Kandluri couple clearly stated that the intensions are not to damage the reputation of popular actor Yash. We have nothing against the actor. He is very simple and serene in his attitude. He has not cared for our messages and phone calls are separate issues. It has become inevitable for us to file a case as rent for the house for one year was not deposited or the house was vacated.

All we need is vacation of the house first. We are ready to take back the case the couple told at media address. In 2010 the house was given on rent a 3rd state of Banashankeri. Rs.40000 was fixed as monthly rent. 11 months agreement was also made. The terms and conditions are over and they are not vacating. They have not cleared the rent for last one year is the issue forced us to take legal help says the couple.
