Yami Gautam on a special diet

The young actress who is born and brought up in North India may be a foodie at heart but is also very particular about her fitness. Last we heard how she has adapted to Zumba, which is a fun way to stay fit.
Now we hear that the young actress has been carrying home food with her wherever she goes. Yami has been instructed to do so. The diet requires her to eat the right food at the right time in the right amount. So, it is more convenient for her to get the food made at home and carry it with her.
The diet includes fresh fruits, protein rich food, yoghurt, nuts etc in the right quantity. The Vicky Donor actress is currently in the midst of her shooting schedules of her next films with Tseries.
Yami shares, "I am following a particular diet and it requires me to not just eat right but also at the right time. So, I carry food from home."
