Yami Gautam, who will be soon seen in 'Kaabil' ('Balam' in Telugu) opposite Hrithik Roshan, has pretty amazing checklist for 2017.
The actor took to her twitter and Instagram and posted, "2017 Checklist: Travel More. Workout More. Drink More Water. Meditate. Dance More! #Happy2017". Now these are pretty important things that helps a person stay healthy and focused.
For sure, drinking more water is a favourite of many actresses. In her recent interview to IndiaGlitz, Rakul Preet Singh endorsed the same thing, besides giving other simple fitness tips. "Fitness starts at home. What you eat is what you will look, just as what you sow is what you reap. Eat good food, eat fruits, vegetables, healthy grains, and don't go for sweet and trite food. You don't have to gym (necessarily). Walk up and down the stairs ten times a day. Do an hour's walking. Release toxins just so that you feel happy. Drink a lot of water; sleep on time. Girls shouldn't drink because their bodies are not made for drinking and smoking," she said.
