There was a slight delay in the shooting due to the delay in selection of heroines for 'Yamagola – Mallee Modalayyindi' directed by Srinivasa Reddy and produced by Amar, Kishore Putta and Satish on the banner of Global Sign X's Prem Entertainments, with Srikanth, Venu, Meera Jasmine and Rima Sen in the lead.

Now the shooting of the film is in brisk progress at Ramoji Film City.

Srikanth is playing the role of Yamadharma Raju and Venu is donning 'Chitra Gupta'. The film which is coming up after a successful film like 'Tata Birla Madhyalo Laila' is said to be a total entertainer.

Over 80 per cent of thet talkie part would be finished in Ramoji Film City itself.

The producers say, 'There is nothing to do with the earlier Yamagola and there are no similarities in the subject. We are just using the title for our film.'
