Directed by SS Rajamouli and produced by Cherry and Urmila Gunnam on the banner of Viswamitra Creations, 'Yamadonga' with NTR, Priyamani and Mamata Mohandas in the lead and Padma Shri, Dr M Mohanbabu playing a prestigious role of Yamadharma Raju and senior actress Khushuboo playing the female lead opposite him is all set for release. Keeravani scored music for the film while the audio was released into the market through Vel records. Keeravani who is known for giving melodious tunes, proved that he is less than none in giving peppy tunes to this film. As the film is a socio-fantasy movie, he chose melody and mixed a small dose of mass beat to impress NTR's fans. All the songs were good to listen. Anant Sriram and Jonnavithula scripted songs to suit the tunes.

Rabbaru Gajulu
Singer: Daler Mehandi
Lyricist: Ananth Sriram

This is a folk number. For the first time, famous pop singer Daler Mehandi rendered a song in a south Indian language film. To suit his style, Keeravani tuned the song in Daler style with the rhythm and tune in his same inimitable style. Especially the drumbeat, violin and keyboard bits besides sehnai and other traditional instruments were in tune with his voice and style. Keeravani could not even ignore his popular rhythmic 'Balle Balle'. However, the length of the song was a bit longer and went more than five minutes. Yet another speciality is that Ananth Sriram scripted the lyric keeping all these factors in mind.

Noonoogumeesaalodu
Singers: MM Keeravani, Sunitha
Lyricist: Ananth Sriram

The introductory tune reminds us of 'Puttintollu Tarimesaru' of the late NTR's song. but soon, Keeravani changed it to his individual track. The number was tuned on melody base. The music director freely used the key board for giving a different background score. The guitar's bits gave a peppy tempo to the song. However, when we listen to the song, you will get a feel of listening to a song from an old movie. After the first stanza, Keeravani shifted to violin to the background score to continue the same feeling of listening to an old melody.

Naachore
Singers: Deepu, Ganga
Lyricist: Ananth Sriram

This is a fast number and is the title song. The songs was tuned in a western beat. After the first stanza, the music director gave a lot of scope to show the dancing skills of the artiste by giving fantastic drumbeat. Ananth Sriram freely used the Hindi and Telugu words in a choicest way. It looks Keeravani used very limited musical instruments while composing the tune - the listener could find only drumbeat and the keyboard voices. In the background score. But the number is quite melodious and made the listener to tap his feet all through the song.

Olammi Tikkareginda
Singers: NTR, Mamta Mohandas
Lyricist: Jonnavithula

This is a remix number of the late NTR's 'Yamagola'. The original was tuned by the late Chakravarthy. In this song, Jonnavithula used the 'Pallavi' for his song. However, Keeravani kept the tune of the original was kept but changed the use of musical instruments besides keeping humming between the stanzas. Another speciality in the song is that NTR Junior and Mamata Mohandas personally rendered the songs and it was said that the song was choreographed on the duo. It is a novel experience to listen the hero singing a song. After Chiranjeevi, Siddhartha and others trying their hands in singing, it was the turn of NTR and Keeravani was able to extract his voice well.

Nuvu Mutukunte
Singers: KG. Ranjith, Pranavi
Lyricist: Ananth Sriram

This song was a fine mix of melody and folk tunes. The music director was able to give a right mix of both these tunes by giving it a co
