"Yagnam" is dominating the Telugu film scene, possibly due to its feudal theme. Here's a list of the top five:

1. "Yagnam": Producer Pokuri Baburao's confidence in the theme of feudal vendetta has paid off. The anger-driven film opened to a good response and has sustained audience interest. Bad die-turned-hero Gopichand breathes life into the tale of a feudal henchman. He even dances well to join the star brigade! The film heralds the entry of a talented director Ravikumar, who shows promise in action and song sequences.

2. "Samba": The heady combination of NTR Jr. and Vinayak has scripted another big hit but its chances of becoming a record-breaking hit have slimmed down. Yet again NTR Jr. appears in a larger-than-life role and impresses with his fighting and dancing.

3. "Arya": New star on the horizon Allu Arjun has captivated the youth and as well as the masses. The film will be reaching the 100-day mark soon. Deviprasad's music is one of the USPs of the film. It has launched another star from Chiranjeevi's stable.

4 "Andaru Dongale": Comedy star Rajendraprasad teams up with dancing sensation Prabu Deva to deliver the maiden hit for director Nidhi Prasad. The non-stop laugh riot with a host of comedians has impressed viewers. But it would been a much bigger hit with a more solid plot. Prasad's racy narrative and the glamour of Ankitha and Kiran are among the film's attractions.

5. "Kedi No. 1": Action star Srihari can find solace in the initial good response, but may find it hard to sustain interest, given the outdated plot of twin doubles exchanging places. The disjointed screenplay mars its prospects even further. Srihari impresses with his daredevil action while Ramya provides the oomph. But it is a disappointing film from director Ravi Raja Pinisetty, known for record-breaking hits like "Chanti" and "Peddarayudu".
