Ravi K Chandran declared earlier this year that he will wield the megaphone instead of camera, and came up with the action story 'Yaan'. Having roped up Jiiva for the hero's role, and Thulasi Nair as his pair, the film progressed at brisk pace. The team shot brief portions in Mumbai and the first look poster was out in no time. But then came stumbling blocks on their path, deterring the progress of 'Yaan'. The team faced issues with visa procedures to fly abroad, which had deferred its pace, bringing it to a screeching halt.

Now Ravi has clarified that the mess has been sorted out and that the team will be flying to exotics abroad to capture some enchanting visuals. The 'Yaan' team will also cover breathtaking locales inside the country and they will come out with the tentative release date soon.
