Xiaomi's budget smartphone Redmi 7 is all set to be launched today. The budget mobile will be launched by 11:30 am IST, and the event will be broadcast by Xiaomi. The event will also mark the launch of China variant of Redmi Note 7 Pro, and various devices associated with the smartphone models.

Redmi 7 will be coming with a 3.5 mm headphone jack, a 6.26 inch HD+ display and a 3900 mAh battery and the smartphone will be running on Android Pie. Redmi 7 will also posses octa core processor and the storage options available are 2 GB, 3 GB and 4 GB variants of RAM, and 16 GB, 32 GB and 64 GB storage.

Redmi 7 will have a dual camera setup with 12 megapixel and 8 megapixel sensor, and will be available in multiple colors like Blue, Black, Purple, Red and White, and the model will also feature fingerprint sensor, accelerometer, proximity and light sensor, and is expected to be priced around INR 9,500.
