Xiaomi's televisions have been performing very well with great reception in China and India, with the most popular product of the company in these countries being Mi TV 4. Their next release will be the next gen Mi TV 5 series, which will be launched in home ground China on November 5.

Ahead of release, the company has revealed exciting details of the new TV on Chinese social network Weibo. One of the key features is that this TV will have a four-unit speake with a woofer and full range speaker each in the left and right channels, with improved bass and treble, with a wide sound field and is said to support a variety of Dolby and DTS audio formats.

Mi TV 5 range will have a frame 47 percent thinner than Mi TV 4 with tight corners and improved screen-to-body ratio and the slim back plate will have a minimal thickness of 5.9mm.Mi TV 5 will have Amlogic T972 processor, and 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage and is also said to support HDR10+ and MEMC.
