When the rumor mill started spinning about a X-Men/Fantastic Four crossover movie from 20th Century Fox, the internet was on fire with a range of questions as to how the Fantastic Four would be incorporated in the world of X-Men. Well, there's now news coming in suggesting the long-rumored film could happen in 2018.

These reports suggest that the crossover can be considered a possibility if the upcoming reboot of 'Fantastic Four' directed by Josh Trank turns out to be a success.

There's more in these reports. It's being said that both 'Fantastic Four' and 'Fantastic Four 2' need to perform well at the box office along with 'X-Men: Apocalypse' not turning out to be a disaster will possibly bring both these franchises together in 2018.
