Popular WWE wrestler Matt Cappotelli passed away on Saturday June 29th due to a malignant brain tumor from which he suffered for almost a year. Cappotelli had a promising wrestling career that was cut short in 2005 after he was diagnized with the tumor and he had a surgery in 2017 but only 90 percent could be removed.
Matt Cappotelli’s wife Lindsay has stated on social media ““Today my love — my strong, sweet, beautiful love — took his last breath at 3:30 a.m. and went Home to be with Jesus…exactly one year after his brain surgery,” she wrote. “You think you can be prepared for this when you know it’s coming, but you just can’t. The only person whose comfort I want right now is the one who can’t give it to me.”
