Usually, conflicts in love stories are driven by misunderstandings, parental opposition, and the like. In 'Writer Padmabhushan', the conflict is seemingly fuelled by a lie that the male lead (Suhas) utters. It is made to appear as a beautiful lie but it might well ruin his peace.

Starring Tina Shilparaj as the heroine, the film tells the story of a Vijaywada-based wannabe who makes everyone believe that he is an underrated writer. At one point, we find him in an excessively self-congratulatory mood. He might well want to invite our sympathy because he has been a failure.

The film is directed by debutant Shanmukha Prashanth. Produced by Anurag Reddy, Sharath and Chandru Manohar, the film also features Ashish Vidyarthi (for a change, the hero's father hasn't been played by a Rao Ramesh or a Goparaju Ramana) and Rohini Molleti. It is coming from Chai Bisket Films and Lahari Films. Venkat R Shakamuri is its cinematographer, while Ramakrishna Arram is its editor.

The fun-filled family entertainer will hit the screens on February 3.

As for Suhas, he was recently in the news over the launch of his upcoming movie 'Anandrao Adventures'. In all, the actor has got at least three theatrical releases this year.
