Yesterday actress Sanam Shetty had met media and informed that she had filed a complaint against model and actor Tharshan, with whom she had been in love and said that he had cheated her, abused and harassed her mentally and physically and that there was a breach of trust.

Today Tharshan arranged a press meet to clarify on the accusations  made by Sanam, and said that it was true that he had got engaged to Sanam and this was known only to Sanam's parents as he did not want his parents to know, fearing it might impact his sister's wedding. Tharshan said that he did not like Sanam's underwater interview and her claims that she was promoting him.

Tharshan further said that after Bigg Boss 3 Sanam had been troubling him forcing him to not talk with female contestants, book tickets for her to every place and events he goes, and also had went to production houses which had signed Tharshan as hero for their movies and told them not to cast him as he is a cheat. The actor said that even his parents had accepted for their marriage and said they can marry after Tharshan's sister gets married and Sanam had lied in yesterday's pressmeet. Tharshan said that she threatened to commit suicice and it was after her moves to stop his career and these suicice threats that he decided to breakup and said that he will not marry Sanam after all these events, and that he has many evidences which he will submit in Commissioner's office.
