Speaking at Rangasthalam's pre-release press briefing, senior actor Naresh said that Ram Charan is insuperable in the film.
"I was literally spellbound watching his performance. I personally told Chiranjeevi garu that he shouldn't be surprised if Ram Charan wins National Award. It's a rare performance that he has delivered. 'Rangasthalam' is going to be the best memorable film for the next 2-3 years. It's a film for all classes," Naresh said.
Anasuya Bharadwaj said, "The film will speak for itself. Ram Charan is my favourite actor and it was great to be addressed 'Atthamma' by him in the film. I am missing Rangamattha's get-up, the character, the village, etc. Everyone is going to watch it twice for sure."
Sukumar said that it was a blessing that the producers pushed for an ensemble cast. "That's why the film has come out so beautifully," the director said.
"The first show in Andhra Pradesh will begin at 5 AM. In Telangana, it will be at 8:30 AM. In Overseas, there are many offers on the tickets," producer Naveen said.
