As Coronavirus Spread has reached horrible levels and the world has come to a standstill, most countries have implemented a lockdown to avoid spread of the Virus and movie theaters have also been closed across the globe for an indefinite period of time.
Now as per reports, production giant Warner Bros. is holding discussions to decide whether it's upcoming DC Comics flick “Wonder Woman 1984” must wait for theatres to reopen or directly be released in streaming platforms.
Discussions are taking place involving people like Warner Pictures Group Chairman Toby Emmerich and his advisers and as per director Patty Jenkins and producer Charles Roven haven't been involved as well. Though theatrical release is a priority, Warner is planning a direct-to-consumer offering through their subscription service HBO Max. While an official clarification is awaited, it must be noted that initially the Gal Gadot starrer “Wonder Woman 1984” was planned to release on June 4.
