A woman was found dead with a python snake wrapped around her neck and 140 more snakes slithering in the room. The python on her neck was the Asian reticulated python considered the longest snake in the world. The Indiana police received a 911 call and rushed to the property and found her unresponsive and attempt to revive her failed.
The dead woman has been identified as Laura Hurst 36 who owned twenty of the snakes on the property belonging to Benton County Sheriff Donald Munson. He had stated that the death of the woman was unfortunate and it has been ascertained that she had visited the property which has no one living and is an exclusive habitat for the snakes. Police sources add that only an autopsy will be able to reveal if the python caused her death or it was another reason as there were no visible hurt marks on her body.
