The video of a woman tripping on to the tracks and getting stuck in the gap between the train and the platform while getting off a train at a railway station in Gujarat has been doing the rounds on social media. She was subsequently saved by a police officer, with the help of two other people, who pulled her out even as the train continued to move.

The incident happened on January 10 at the Dahod station in Gujarat. CCTV capture of the platform shows a woman deboarding a moving train, who slipped and fell in the gap as she continued to hold on to the door handle. The head constable of a local police station rushed to her rescue as she got pulled further by the train that continued to move. Along with a few passersby, he managed to pull the woman off the tracks, on to the platform, before she could get hurt.
