Unlike Viswaroopam, Mask might be released on schedule in Telugu. The film is the dubbed version of South India's first superhero flick, it sees Jiiva in the role of a gifted superman.

Produced in Tamil by UTV Motion Pictures and by Mega Super Good Films in Telugu, Moogamudi is set for a big worldwide release on Aug 31. Targeted at children and family audiences, it has been awarded a clean U.

Narein, Pooja Hegde are doing lead roles and has music by K while the flick is helmed by Mysskin. Mysskin has gone on record stating that the film will be no Superman or Batman, but a film tailor-made for Indians and about the superhero within oneself.

Mugamoodi sees some high voltage action scenes between Jiiva and Narein, it may be mentioned that the duo underwent training in martial arts for the film. With action, sentiment, romance and a good against evil battle, Mugamoodi aims at family audiences.

Let's wish that Mask will hit the screens in Telugu as planned.
