Vijay Devarakonda's "backlog" film 'Ye Mantram Vesave' has just got a shot in the arm. 'Kanam', starring Sai Pallavi and Naga Shourya, is not coming on March 9. With this, 'YMV' is the only noteworthy release this Friday.

The makers of Vijay's film recently said that they are going to release the thriller in 1000 screens across the world. If true, this must have been possible because most new releases have been moved beyond March 15.

Had 'Kanam' been there, Sai Pallavi's stardom might have given 'YMV' a run for its money. Directed by Sridhar Marri, 'YMV' is based on the idea of how a gaming-obsessed youngster's life goes for a toss because of a villain.
