Will Telugu cinema audience too get food to theatres?

With the Maharashtra government passing a rule that all theatres and multiplexes in the state should allow their customers to bring food into the halls, there is a huge demand in other states, too, to make similar rules. From August 1 in Maharashtra, the prices of snacks will be reduced by vendors at the behest of the government.
Canteens and stalls in movie complexes are known for charging ridiculously high rates and sometimes they don't provide quality food. With minor exceptions, some of them don't even make water available for free. Municipal rules are flouted even while their theatres play movies about exploitation and corruption in India.
As of now, there is no indication that other states will follow Maharashtra. But many on social media are tagging officials and ministers in the Telugu States to learn from Maharashtra.
After the order of the Devendra Fadnavis government in Maha, shares of PVR Limited nosedived by nearly 13 percent, closing at Rs. 1214.20. Those of Inox Leisure fell by 11.5 percent.
Meanwhile, someone jokes: "Ghar ka khana in Maharashtra theatres so when a bad movie ends people can throw Vada Pao at screens."
