Arthi Agarwal is in hospital. But that may work in favor of the distributors of the film Hi Subramanyam.

The movie is dubbed version of the Tamil movie Bambara Kannalae. It stars Sriram (Srikanth in Tamil) and Arthi Agarwal in the leads.

The fact that Arthi is in hospital may work in favor of the distributors. That might bring the crowd that is sympathetically inclined towards Arthi’s predicament.

The film itself, a mass entertainer, was not all that successful in Tamil.

Arthi acted in that film, hoping that Tamil would provide a new and welcome break to her career. But alas that didn’t happen in the event, she was back to Telugu.

And now she is in a very sorry state --- both emotionally and physically.

So some amount of success through Hi Subramanyam will be a good solace for her.
