Many speculations are going on about who is going to direct Chiranjeevi's 150th film and who will be playing the female lead in it.

V.V.Vinayak is almost confirmed as the director of this film. Rumours are rife that Praneetha and Shriya Saran are showing interest to act in this prestigious project.

Chiranjeevi during the audio launch of Ram Charan's 'Racha' said that he was spellbound by the performance of Tamannaah and he wanted to act with her in his 150th film. Though he said it funnily then, it is interesting to see if she acts in this film if the makers approach her.
