The good news for all Prabhas fans out there is that Rebel is fast nearing completion. According to the producers, the film will be wrapped up by this month-end. "Scenes involving the heroines are currently being shot. The filming part will be complete by this month-end. We are planning to release the audio very soon," J Bhagawan and J Pulla Rao said.

The film sees Tamanna and Deeksha Seth as the female leads. Rebel's costly budget, and the elements like a massive flashback and larger-than-life action sequences (one of them choreographed on Prabhas and 40 other Russian fighters) make it all the more appealing. Music is by Lawrence. The director is helped by an able technical team in cinematographer C Ram Prasad and editor Marthand K Venkatesh.

Swamy is the dialogue-writer. "The film shows what happens when a youth, who bears the stamp of a rebel, revolts. The scenes involving Prabhas and Krishnam Raju will be quite exciting," the makers say. The latter is seen in a key role in this Rs. 40 cr behemoth.
