After a long gap, Rajini is participating actively in the shooting for 'Lingaa'. The team is racing against the time to meet the deadline and keeps travelling from Bangalore to Mysore and currently stationed in Hyderabad for more than a month. We have been constantly reporting the events from 'Lingaa' and one can recollect the duet which was shot recently at Annapoorna Studios. Most of the Tamil movies are not getting canned in TN and they prefer Hyderabad. Because of this, the technicians, skilled workers and even fans are getting disappointed to a great extent.

Owing to his illness, Rajnikanth has avoided meeting his fans personally and met meagre amount of them in a public gathering for his last year's birthday. But he is enjoying a very good time in Hyderabad and much to the surprise of the unit; he encourages the visits of his fans and takes time to pose with them too. Since the shooting of 'Lingaa' is not happening anywhere in TN, the millions and millions of his fans are expecting him to stage a personal meet like he used to host in the past and fulfil their biggest wish by taking photographs with him. Hopefully, he will come back with ultimate energy and tick the boxes for his home fans as well.
