After the announcement of his party Makkal Needhi Maiam, Kamal is all set for a grand  political convention in Trichy tomorrow. For the same, he took a train to Trichy.

Speaking to presspersons regarding this,Kamal stated he was travelling by train as he wants to travel as 'one with people'. "I do not believe in hunger strike for setting up a Cauvery Management Board. However, there is a chance that non-adherence might work. But my hope is that Tamizhians are not pushed to that state," he said.

Furthermore Kamal also said that he is not hesitant to oppose Rajinikanth in politics if the situation demands it. "I wish that situation does not come to me," Kamal said.
