Will Nayantra act opposite Kamal?

Reports in Kollywood had it that Nayantra will be acting opposite for his Dasavatharam to be directed by K S Ravikumar.
However Nayantra says, 'it's true that I got an offer to act in the movie. Unfortunately I am busy till the end of the next year with my previous commitments. Hence I could not make it. I am disappointed at missing the opportunity'.
Asked whether her 'star image' would take a beating if she continue to appear for item numbers, Nayantra says, 'no. I don't think so. It's part of our job. I am not in a mad rush to accept movies. Only if I am convinced with a script and star cast, I accept roles'.
