Film distributors have their hopes pinned on Salman Khan-Sneha Ullal starrer "Lucky" to bring a change to the industry's present lean phase.

"We are counting on the film to mark the revival of the box-office.

'Lucky' is also the first major release during the vacation period which is why all exhibitors have pinned great hopes on it," Arun Sharma, Inox's programming manager was quoted.

Besides, Salman-starrers fetch an exceptional opening at the box-office irrespective of their content value, he said, adding that he was looking at the possibility of scheduling the film for multiple screens in his theatre chain.

Produced by T-Series and Sohail Khan Productions, "Lucky" is set to release April 8.

"The music is already a chartbuster, the promos have fetched an excellent response. We are looking at the film to rake in rich returns at the box-office," said Mukesh Desai of T-series.
