Will 'Kedi', 'Leader' see scheduled release?

  • IndiaGlitz, [Friday,January 08 2010]

'Kedi' and 'Leader' already share a similarity - both of them were initially scheduled for a December release, but were not, though Kedi was postponed even earlier and not owing to T-trouble. It seems that these two films will again have to bide their time. Of late, there has been no news from the producers of these films as to whether these films are releasing this Sankranthi as scheduled.

Forget the filmi release, Kedi hasn't seen the release of its audio as yet. D Shiva Prasad Reddy and his Kamakshi Kala Movies haven't yet declared the final release date of the audio and the film, leaving space for speculation that Kedi is only seeing a Jan-end release.

So too with Leader, with AVM not telling us if they are planning to release the film for Sankranthi. Did the recent Singareni incident involving Rana and rest of Leader' crew the cause for the delay?

The close watchers of Tollywood are bewildered that there has never been so much uncertainty around the release dates of big releases, barring some few instances in the past.
