South stars have seldom got rave appreciation from Bollywood creators. After Prabhas in recent months, it is the turn of Suriya. Speaking at the audio launch of Madhavan-starrer Irudhi Suttru` held recently in Chennai, celebrated Bollywood director Raj Kumar Hirani thew up a surprise by describing Suriya as a dedicated and talented actor with whom he would want to work.

Now, it is known that Hirani's '3 Idiots' featured Madhavan in the film's third most important role (after Aamir Khan and Boman Irani). Having worked with a Kollywood star, Hirani must have been feeling excited to work with another Tamil star.

Hirani also said that he had been in talks with several technicians of Kollywood and that he wished to work with them some day. Since he doesn't understand Tamil, he said, he was not sure if he can make a straight Tamil film ever.
