Ahead of its theatrical release on April 2, 'Wild Dog' continues to be in the news. After its trailer was released, the film has only raised the expectations of the audience.
In an interview with a national daily, Akkineni Nagarjuna said that the American stunt director David Ismalone was chosen so that the action sequences would be mounted in an authentic manner. After all, the film is about a special NIA team. The 'Fast and Furious 7' stunt director taught Nagarjuna things like how to hold a gun in certain situations.
The film, directed by Ahishor Solomon, has also got stunts by Shyam Kaushal of Bollywood.
The other day, Mahesh Babu lauded the visuals of the movie as seen in the trailer. Chiranjeevi, unveiling the trailer, gave a pat on Nag's back.
The film, also starring Dia Mirza, is based on what an NIA team, led by Nag's character, does after the Hyderabad blasts of 2008.
