Why Tia chose 'Haunted'?

While it seems quite obvious that Tia is content with the very fact that she is doing a prestigious film 'Haunted', an obvious question for her is - 'Didn't she think a conventional romantic outing would make for a better debut?' After all with feelers coming from Vikram Bhatt, there was a good chance of other filmmakers being impressed with her looks as well and offer her something that was probably better.

I knew this was coming and really, you are not the first person to ask me this question, giggles Tia, See, what happens in a horror film is that there is much more scope to perform as an artist. It is better than being conventional by getting into a musical romantic outing with other actors.

What also sealed Tia's decision was the fact that 'Haunted' was being made in 3D.

Once I was told about this, I knew that I was being a part of history being made, perks up Tia, The fact that 'Haunted' was being made in 3D contributed a lot to my decision making. I knew I had to do this horror flick.

'Haunted' releases all over today.
