Henry Cavill is a prominent actor in Hollywood. Hello, duh- Superman? Yes, yes we know. But the actor’s recent statements about dating, flirting with women post #MeToo has become a cause of concern for the actor, and oh, the women as well.

Even though there’s a less likey chance of Henry Cavill chatting you up in real life, you must know why the hotshot feels ‘scared’ about dating anymore after #MeToo movement. “There’s something wonderful about a man chasing a woman. There’s a traditional approach to that, which is nice. I think a woman should be wooed and chased, but maybe I’m old-fashioned for thinking that,” he said.

He also stated that it was difficult to woo women if there are ‘certain rules in place’. He also said that he didn’t just want to go up to someone, talk and called a ‘rapist or something’ later. The #MeToo movement though it has brought many of the difficulties that women face in the world (in addition to ruining men’s careers and lives), poses a conundrum as men feel hesitant to approach women. Hollywood, no exception.
