In his interaction with the media, Nagarjuna has said that he was not happy with the first copy of Soggade Chinni Nayana. "When we watched the final copy, we felt that it was not complete. So, we had discussions with certain writers on board and reshot certain portions for 5-6 days," the actor said.

Some scenes shot in a Mysore temple were reshot and a fight was extended as it was felt that it was too short, the director has revealed.

The movie is set to release tomorrow (Jan 15).

Nag is now very confident about the film's success. Saying that the film will definitely recoup the lost collections in its first week (due to two other big releases) after they add more theatres in second week, he said the film's main highlights are comedy and romance.

Writer Sathyanand has worked for the film and ha "elevated many scenes," the director has said.
