Why 'Saaho' may have a generic backdrop

Days after it was reported that Shraddha Kapoor will be seen playing a dual role in 'Saaho', it emerges that one of the roles is that of a Rayalaseema 'ammayi'.
But given that the actioner is a pan-Indian venture, which will release in Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam and (maybe) even other languages, it has to be seen how far this is true. Setting even a part of the film or a role in a specific region might be a challenge with respect to the nativity in the case of the non-Telugu versions. As such, multi-lingual films usually have generic backdrops, much like what was the case with 'Baahubali'.
Shraddha is very much in Hyderabad. She has participated in the shooting of 'Saaho', besides spending time with Saina Nehwal at the latter's residence.
