Why Rahman didn't make it to 'Lingaa' audio launch?

Entire cast and crew of 'Lingaa' were present at the audio launch and the only notable person who didn't turn up is, A.R. Rahman. Well, the organizers did play an AV of Rahman, but, the fans did miss Rahman's presence. When we inquired about Rahman's absence, we come to know that, he is working round the clock to complete the BGM for I' and he is already half way through.
Sources say that Rahman will be locking the background score in the next few days and the first copy of I' will be ready on the first week of December. Producer, Aascar Ravichandran is said to be confident about getting the movie for Christmas.
